new leaf here, pony gaming youtuber, i was getting into the rom hack doing well, go to the part after gym 1, where you have to save mr brineys wingull, i went back returning the devon goods to the guy who got stolen from, talked to the president and got his request, after the rival battle in rustboro i went back to his cottage and you cant go in, its still under construction. Anything im missing? or is this a  bug?
